A small craft production on Grande-Terre

Our moringa grows on Grande-Terre, Guadeloupe, in full sun and trade winds. It is grown with permaculture methods and without chemical products, then hand-harvested to order, dried in a solar dehydrator and vacuum-packed.

A few pointers before you start

In the kitchen & as infusions

Leaves and flowers can be infused or added at the end of cooking to soups, dishes and smoothies. Start with small amounts.

Precautions

Seeds are studied as a natural coagulant for turbid water; leaves are used as a plant biostimulant.
