3. Online sales and payment
Orders are placed in the association's shop hosted by HelloAsso (HelloAsso SAS, payment institution authorised by the ACPR under no. 17678Q; crowdfunding intermediary ORIAS no. 17002233). The applicable terms (prices, delivery, payment, withdrawal, guarantees) are those shown in the shop at the time of the order, together with HelloAsso's terms of use. Prices in euros, shipping extra, are indicative on this site.
Right of withdrawal: subject to the exceptions of Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code (notably goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, unsealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, goods made to the consumer's specifications), consumers have 14 days from receipt. Statutory guarantees apply.

4. Origin and quality of products
Products are grown and prepared in Guadeloupe (France). They are grown with permaculture methods, without chemical products, and are not certified organic: the term « organic » is therefore not used. The stated lead times (15 to 30 days) include harvest to order, drying, vacuum packing and delivery.

The products offered are not medicines: they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and do not replace treatment or a healthcare professional's advice. The studies cited describe research work (often preclinical) and are not health claims about our products.
In line with Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 and the Consumer Code, this site refrains from any therapeutic claim and any unauthorised health claim. Content about energetic or spiritual approaches (Reiki, spagyrics, etc.) belongs to personal beliefs and has no scientific proof value.

Texts, images, logos and layouts of this site belong to the association or their authors. Cited scientific references remain the property of their publishers; only summaries and links are provided. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
7. Personal data and cookies
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and has no database. The contact form simply opens your mail app: the message is not stored on the site. The host may keep technical connection logs. When you order or donate, data is collected and processed by HelloAsso under its privacy policy. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection (GDPR): write to asso.sakavibe@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
